it was the normalised rape at the beginning for me. but yeah i read this a long time ago so i know my review is not very good but i know one thing that profoundly marked me , even at like 10/11 years old.  the rape. like it was normal. the fact that she was literally sold like a slave by her parents and her school because "oh my god your brother need to play the violin"like wtf i droped the series after she was like being raped by the male lead so i don't know what happened after that, but for me if a manga begin like that, it can never be a good series.  Because the rape is being... This Story is heavily Character driven and the plot is slightly secondary, so this is something to keep in mind. That beeing said: The characters are truly enjoyable and have a realistic wackiness. What I as well truly loved about this story is the uniqueness of the Main Character and her perfectly odd character. She doesn't fit in a romance stroy at all and it's beautiful. She doesn't back down but still know her place and to skills most of the time. The side characters have a great deal of personality without appearing unorganic or artifical.  The antagonists are not especially important and in... See full review

Overall this manga is amazing. In the beginning of book one, I was a bit confused of what was going on *spoilers* like, were they switching bodies?? in eachother's dreams?? or just random souls?? Anyways the characters are really funny and I enjoyed that about the manga. Mitsuba's friends were really concerned for her when she wanted to be a boy living in Tokyo in her next life, and that was really funny!! I also loved how Taki was so determined to find Mitsuba. Especially at the end how the met at a staircase. I just really wanted them to tell eachother's name. I would recommened to read this manga, just... See full review

Particularly speaking, Palepoli is a very important manga for me. Why? Because it introduced me to the genre ero guro, very important for part of the formation of my taste for manga. Not only that, but it provided me with one of the most different experiences with any manga I've ever read. Usamaru Furuya, author of the manga, is a very creative and experimental author, always bringing different elements for a different experience, be it dense or bizarre. Furuya borders between ero guro and comedy in this manga which contains a large amount of comic strips that constantly reappear and explore more of its... See full review

The art is amazing, and it is somehow even better during fights. The first opening arc is really really good as well. But man that elf arc was a pile of garbage. Bad writing, bad characters, dragged out what could have easily been 1 or 2 chapters into 8, which is criminal when your a monthly manga.  The conclusion to the elf arc, as well as why Amelia is hated by her sister and thrown out from her kingdom, is honestly so poorly written and unbelievably stupid I nearly dropped the entire thing. Basically wasted an entire year on it's a misunderstanding but also has zero foreshadowing and buildup and is... See full review

Don’t be intimidated with the number of chapters, not a single one of them will bore you. This is so dang entertaining, I get surprised every time I hear myself laughing out loud. All the characters are also sooo likeable. I don’t even read Shounen but this is highly recommended to anyone who wants a light hearted manga that will make them laugh.

I love cute and fluffy slice of life. I don't enjoy harem but i read this before i know it's a reverse harem story. I will not notice if not for the tag. Yeah... it's more of a friendship between them rather than romance. I, honest to god, hope for an ending with that schneider guy. I don't know bruh.. there's something about first love that really attract me. The story progress slowly and is currently revolving around the beastkin. However, consideeing i've only read to ch 15 i'm sure the plot will continue to grow. This could be a good story. And the mc is not a super pastry chef, that's a plus.

It's immediately odd how Goro and Okumura remain connected to the goings-ons and are among the chosen few to be helicoptered around and whatnot. And how exactly do Professor Hayashida and Okumura know each other? The first chapter implies that they hadn't previously known each other and that Goro had introduced them, but the second chapter makes it seem as though they'd known each other for a long time. Then Okumura ends up acting as Hayashida's assistant. Was fe always feir assistant or was that a recent development? Very simple, 18 chapters, typical Gantz set-up, nothing crazy but very entertaining and good to read. The premise, as I said, is very typical for Gantz, this time focussing on a group of students that died in a bus accident and were then sent to a Gantz room. After arriving, they meet two players that have already cleared the game multiple times and are trained by them in order to become stronger. The new characters are mostly girls, and not even overly sexualized ones at that, which was very refreshing to see in the Gantz verse.  These girls all get a little fleshed out, but obviously not that... BaccaratSo, the ml gets drugged and he conviniently drags the fl to a room which he thought was a guy and ends up raping her. And this story is supposed to have romance between these two?  First of the fl clearly feels violated as she would be since she was forced to down by a stranger. Secondly the girl who drugged the ml is also fucked up, trying to get her way with a guy with no interest in you and resorting to drugs is a no-no. A "one night stand" between two characters that occur under the influence of drugs should never be romanticized. Girls, boys, this is not romance it's a crime.

Soul Eater, A Satanic-Feminist Interpretation; Or, A Moral Justification Of Fanservice by nathandouglasdavis Fan service (aimed at femisexual fans) is in many ways the antithesis of feminist ideals. It involves the objectification of female characters, a demeaning and disrespectful act that sends the message that women are lesser than men and are more useful as eye candy than as actual characters. The CEO of a game company directly controlled the 'unbeatable boss character' he'd designed after himself and when a girl defeated him, he went to see her in full cosplay as a prank that ended up going a little further than he'd meant it to.  Now, fully immersed in his role (which she believes is true) he's sticking around longer than he intended to... you'll have to read to find out why.  It's a bit ridiculous in places (okay, very ridiculous) but it's funny.  It's pretty well done.  Very cute... Kakumeika no Gogo is a collection of stories by Jiro Matsumoto, a mangaka who I hear a lot from being underrated. After reading this collection, I must say that it was a good presentation of what possibly awaits me in the author's longer works. And, at the same time that I saw its great qualities, I also saw its small defects. First of all, I must say that Jiro is a very creative author with ideals very well applied, he knows how to tell a story and he knows how to innovate. Their stories contain explicit sexual content and gore from time to time, so it is not recommended for those who do not like elements... See full review
